I was so delighted with our conservatory:) we decided to have the old roof replaced with a permanent roof ( apologies can’t remember the technical name ) This has been a game changer for the use of this room where we can use all year round . Last Christmas was beautiful being able to decorate and use this room properly as it was finally warm enough and through the pandemic and heat this room has been a relaxing , cool place for me to work and relax . I found all of the guys who worked on this to be professional , friendly and most of all extremely competent with the whole construction. When they left the place was tidier and cleaner than before :)
If you are thinking about transforming your conservatory you will not get a better service :)

re: Installation of rear kitchen door August 5th
I am writing to thank-you for the installation of the above. It is impossible to overstate how impressed I have been at the professionalism of the whole experience.
From first contact with Nigel Saywood, followed by the visit from your surveyor (who unasked, during his visit made a slight adjustment to our front door fitted three years ago) until the fitting itself, nothing could have been executed more efficiently.
I want especially to mention the two fitters, who arrived early’ but not too early and uncomplainingly waited patiently until the cars which littered my drive were rearranged so as to give them access.
These very professional people went about their task with unobtrusive efficiency. They were presentable in their dress, friendly without over-familiarity and never once addressed me as ‘love’. The work was completed so quickly and cleanly that you would never know they’d been. There was no dirty bits and pieces to clear away, and no chipped paintwork.
So thank-you everyone! You are all the perfect example of how to go about providing an exceptional service.
