We are members of the Consumer Protection Association. The CPA demands all members must be highly professional to retain membership and be able to offer their independent protection. The CPA will protect your deposit of up to 25% of the net contract price or £10,000 (which ever is the lesser) can be protected for a period of up to 90 days.
The CPA protection will enable you to claim for the repair of product defects that may subsequently arise. Depending on the nature of the work undertaken, this guarantee is available for up to 10 years.
